Bullet Point Mount for 2012 RAM

I’ve been using a cup phone holder for years in my 2012 RAM. When I saw Bullet Point’s products, I thought I would give it a try. I’ve always been hesitant to use suction cup holders on my windshield, so this was an excellent alternative that allowed my phone and screen to be at near eye level reducing my need to look down for navigation etc. I’ve only had it for a little while, but so far, I’m very pleased and need to order one for my Jeep Wrangler.

I like that this is essentially a permanent phone mount instead of a temporary suction cup mount, although in my experience an iPhone 13 in a standard phone case is too heavy. Anytime I hit a bump, it makes the arm rotate down on the ball. For the price, I think I’d rather just get a suction cup mount at a gas station.

Well made and Easy to Install - Wish I Could Remove the Logo

I'm pretty happy with my purchase. The mount is well made. It installed easy. It holds the phone. A couple things worth mentioning. I'd rather the phone mount be a quick release type instead of spring mounted. With the pressure it takes to remove the phone the mount ends up shifting. Can't just easily reach up with one hand and remove the phone. Have to use two hands to keep it from moving. Secondly, I really wish I could get a phone mount without the Bullet logo. It's not my style and would rather it be blank. I'm not a fan of branding at all. I can't really remove the logo so I'm stuck looking a bullet american flag when my phone isn't mounted. Honestly that's the only thing that'd keep me from buying again for another vehicle.
