Fantasic support

The support is fantastic. The device I purchased had a malfunction after 2 months due to various noises and a loss of ozone production. Thanks to the submitted documents and a video, a new device was promptly sent to me. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this device.

Horribly written manual

This is my second machine as the first one stopped working for no apparent reason. Thanks for sending me a new one fairly promptly although. The reason I’m complaining a bit is about the manual. It’s vague, poorly written and leaves out much information. What does the negative ion button do? Why is there no information about it and how to purify water properly? should I use the negative ion should I use the square or round stone? How should the water be kept after bubbling it at what temp? How long should I wait until drinking it after the 30 minute process? SO MUCH information was left out in the manual! I Could GO ON AND ON. Why is it so vague and un- informative?
