Had to contact spoken gift as the main letter on the vase was faded look like some glittering came off very dissapointed i spoke and emailed with photo of vase they did send replacement despatched same day said i should have it on time though arived to late to give the replacement gift as ment for house warming gift we had to leave for the house warming before replacement arived the first vase should have been checked over before sent out.
