Split California King - Cooling Bamboo 600 Sheet Set

Great Customer Support!

My new sheets included a defective sewn corner that was split due to improper sewing, discovered after washing and putting the fitted sheet on our bed. I contacted their Customer Service without making any demands or even specific requests, and was contacted back within hours to confirm that a new bottom sheet was being ordered for me. I ended up receiving a full set of two bottom sheets, the correct size and color, which are without any defects whatsoever. Customer Service can't get any better than this - and we will continue using Egyption Linens as our vendor of choice indefinitely! Our 2nd set of sheets, and they've been a great buy for our needs. Great job!!!

HOPING THAT LAUNDERING THEM IS EASIER THE SECOND TIME

I have washed this set once and was shocked that they came out of the washer feeling like they were made of a very sturdy, stiff, thick tent material. It took 1 1/2 hours to dry them. Today I will try again. Hoping it's easier this time because these sheets are gorgeous and cool and fit my Tempurpedic Split CA King bed(s) perfectly, which is a miracle.
