This urn is absolutely perfect. You can tell that the artist really gets how much this item means to those who have lost their soul cat. She asked questions before she started and sent pictures to make sure the final product is absolutely perfect. The pictures I sent weren't clear on a few minor aspects so when she asked if I wanted any changes, she updated the urn and as you can see it is so realistic and looks just like my Magoo. I love it.

It's honestly a very nice piece, well worth the wait. That being said they are up front with you on the wait time, canada post went on strike delaying it even longer, however everyone involved was responsive to my questions and concerns.

Wonderful piece and wonderful customer service. Will definitely purchase again but hopefully in a long time from now. I love my pets.
