I sometimes question whether eye creams make much of a difference, but I still dutifully slather it on at night for enriched care and in the morning under make-up — all with the everlasting hope I’ll wake up de-puffed and brighter. I understand skin around our eyes is more delicate and requires greater care. But I’m never entirely convinced I see noticeable results. Still, it can’t hurt, right? Heimish Marine Care Eye Cream is a thick concoction with “marine nutrients” (inc. active ingredients from seagrass stem cells), Niacinamide, and a fresh, light scent. I use it only night because of its dense consistency. It takes awhile to absorb, which is not a bad thing - just better for nighttime. Also, you get a lot of eye cream for the price. Def. worth a try and I may purchase again, but my quest for the best eye cream continues…
