Great Product & Great service

I visited the flagshop store couple weeks ago and purchased two CTS rubber straps and ordered a customised strap. The experience as a whole was very pleasant and fun - Syafiq really attended to the customisation process in details and offered precision in taking measurements, etc. It gave me a lot more confidence in the products themselves (I have previously ordered leather straps for my dad but never used one for myself) and the service offered so I revisited the store to purchase additional leather strap, which is beautiful on a yellow gold watch. The colour is so in sync with yellow gold and the rubber lining is perfect for the hot Singapore weather. I will definitely go back for more.

Great match and fit

I was struggling to find a strap that both fit my small wrist and matched the unique creamy color of the dial. The cream saffiano strap does both! Great fit as usual and matches the color well. So. happy!

Ordered this strap with a butterfly clasp and they even put it on! Excellent quality and will buy more straps from here again.
