Control Box USB - StepMania

Wonderful upgrade!

I've been using a Cobalt Flux for over 20 years, and I had been using the PS2 control box that came with it. While I was able to use it with my PC for Stepmania via a cheap PS2-to-USB adapter, it was never the most elegant solution. I finally got frustrated enough by latency issues that I decided to get this. It feels like a whole new experience! I'm so happy that it just works now without having to always calibrate the pad to make it work right. Highly recommended! It shipped really quick, too!

Nothing is perfect, but it works!

I was initially sent the wrong cable but it was fixed very quickly, and without question. The new cable worked right away, was able to just plug it in and set the controls without issue. I do have 2 small issues (that dont affect the end function): 1. The pin connector comes with locking screws, and so does my pad. 2. The lights on my pad don't work with this cable. These are minor enough yo not affect the 5 star rating because I have a working dance pad again.

It's Perfect!

Plug and play with my old Cobalt Flux pad, no lag. I also enjoyed the included stickers! Will be ordering another for my other pad!
