It really pains me to place a 1 star rating as nothing could be further from the truth when it comes to the impeccable quality of the hats from Two roads thus far...but this just temporary so my query can be noticed. The two la Pampa gaucho hats (black and rust brown, 61 XL) I ordered would have not doubt been amazing, as I own two versions of the Echo Park (Ivory and Dark Earth, 61 XL) already. However it has been almost a month and I haven't gotten any updates on my order, USPS shows tracking only up to 5th September. I have emailed (since the support option on the website only allows for US numbers) but haven't gotten any response as yet. My past interactions with Two roads co - particularly through Kacey have always been stellar, so I am maybe chalking this situation down to an anomaly I hope they are able to remedy soon.
