Works as advertised. It replaced one just like it. The rubberized coating on the balls peeled off my original and it would not hold the radio control head in position. I was surprised at that and a little disappointed it did not hold up. I hope this one is better quality than the last one.

Perfect for mount the Icom 5100A on a ball mount!!!
