The product itself is excellent! I'm overall happy with it. I have a few bits of constructive feedback though. The instructions were kind of vague. I would prefer a bit more detail. Also, there were leftover items in the package that I wasn't sure what to do with them, notably some screws and washers. Maybe included on the instructions it would be good to list what's in the box and each items purpose. Finally, I can't get the full benefit of the arm if the desk is against a wall. The elbow has to be parallel with the wall, which limits it's range of motion, but it's not that big of a deal. I could still make it work.
