Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles

Used them in a pair of el-cheapo light up sole shoes. They are absolutely amazing. I plan to go hunt down some good old school waffle sole vans next! I plan to get more of these insoles soon!!!!

Better then nike

These insoles are definitely a step up from the ones that were in my Nike skateboards shoes. Still leave some room for improvement though. I have high arches and got these for that reason, need more arch support.

these work wonders on very subtle level. i walk constantly and loyally in vans slips and the ‘pop cush’ insole has been failing. the Old Bones were easy to cut and replace and after a week and a half or so the pain subsided. youre not ‘walking on clouds’ with these insoles but in fact firmly grounded in a sustainable and supported way. recommended highly
