I purchased a tiny letter necklace for my sister in law as a significant birthday present. It is such a gorgeous piece - the chain is so delicate and compliments the tiny letter perfectly. She absolutely adores it and my heart is full knowing how happy she is. I got the 40cm chain first, which turned out to be too small, but it was no problem sending it back to exchange it for the longer 45cm one. Wonderful customer service.
