I recently purchased the 2 rectangle pendants to wear together. On receiving I felt that they did not look the same on me and looked to have a much shorter chain. I contacted Kate and Kole re; this and their customer service was AMAZING! Honestly I’ve never dealt with such a great team who were so accomodating to my request and not only had my piece back once but twice which was more because of a choice I made regarding a jump ring being added! I still remember telling my husband how good their customer service was and even he told me I was being a pain even though they never made me feel like I was. Would 100% want to deal with Kate and Kole on any jewellery purchases in the future ❤️
