This Bündnerfleisch is very close to identical as the one we know and enjoy in Switzerland. Also the taste and texture - very well done - delicious !

When I was a little girl, we lived in Basel for two years, and bundnerfleisch was what I had for lunch often, at the local Swiss school. It was like a time warp. I was 6 again. Wonderful! Thank you!
