Changed to five stars from one because customer service rep reached out and explained they recently had a transition. They sent a new pair of gloves that fit great and are the high quality that I expected.
Original review:
I ordered these as my second pair of gloves from Sullivan expecting the same quality as the first pair of Buffalo Shorties that I love. The left hand felt great but the right hand was much tighter and uncomfortable to wear. I reached out to customer service and they recommended wearing the gloves for a bit to relax the leather but that didn't work. They asked if they could send a label to return them to get a new pair and I agreed. After following up again about the label, I still haven't heard anything and am stuck with a pair of gloves that I can't comfortably wear.
