I purchased this item to dilate one nostril that has a collapsed septum. Seems to be helping with my breathing at night, now that I have worked out how best to place it in the nostrils.

They work but

They do the job but they irritate the skin where they grip my septum. I prefer the design which has the hoops that sit inside the nose because they don’t put pressure on the bottom of your septum.

Good night’s sleep

Soft and high quality - fits in very comfortably and conforms to my nose. Doesn’t fall out overnight or leave sore spots like some other products. Highly recommended! Creates great airflow.
