No complaints with product but customer service is poor/non existent. I placed my order on the 23/6/2026, it was a gift for someone so I paid for 48 hour delivery. I did not receive the items 48 hours later, and I did not hear anything for 2 weeks so I emailed on 09/7/2026 to chase this up. Still I heard nothing, so I emailed via the online form a week later and had no reply. Randomly a few days later I got a shipped notification and it arrived a few more days after that.

I purchased this as a surprise for one of my grandchildren. It took a very long time to arrive and I’m so disappointed in the size of it! I won’t be giving it to them.

Never received my order. Appalling customer service
