The actual ordering process was uneventful, until 3 emails from myself just asking for updates were ignored. Im happy with the keyring and that i now have it, but process would have been better if customer service replied to emails.

This is lovely and I look forward to adding it to my keys. It is a shame that I didn't receive the correct one for the other one I ordered
