Well it does what it said it did. It does smooth out wrinkles but it is dry!! I like moisture under my eyes.

My mom stated the bags under her eyes did appear tighter and had instant effect. She was disappointed that some puffiness was still visible. Overall, she stated it did improve just not as much as hoped for.
