Light-Sculptor Multi-Use Highlight Duo Pencil

I got this with my two eyeliner pencils, but I don’t know what this is or how to use it so I can’t give a review on it yet until I figure it out. Haha!! but if it works half as well as the eye liner did I’ll be very happy!!

I love this eyebrow pencil. I have recommend to many friends. What happen with Last & Foundation 24 flawless I love that too n need some sand color. Hope to hear you’ll have it soon
