I wrote a review a few days ago regarding the strings I purchased where one of the sets I used to re-string with had a N String that was too short. My opinion. Geoff wrote within minutes asking me to confirm which string it was. I confirmed the B string as being shorter than the others and short enough that I was not comfortable using it. Geoff offered to refund the string set without it being asked for and refunded half the shipping. Again without it being asked for. I offered to waive a refund as the strong defect was not his fault but Geoff initiated the refunds. I will be a return Customer because of his attention and treatment of his Customers. If only more companies valued its Customers as Geoff does!

Easy playing, bright balanced set
