This is a great Pizza Oven; it is affordable and easy to operate, and not too big to store. However, it does take some practice and a lot of patience to get the pizza making skills down. Once you heat the oven on high for 5 minutes, then turn it down to low and turn your pizza every 20 seconds until it is at the doneness you prefer, and by only putting 2 tablespoons of sauce and toppings, and using a fresh made pizza dough, not frozen, you can cook the perfect pizza! As Italian Americans, we would highly recommend this pizza oven!

It sees through smoke and measures where you need it to. Easy to use, fit's nicely in your hand. Can't think of any negatives
