Monta Atlas, Monta Blue Dial

Beautiful timepiece.

A very solid, well-made, attractive watch.

I like it. I like Monta. For the price, it is attractive and well-made. I appreciate the micro-adjust on the clasp and the brushed case. I like a caller GMT just fine. I appreciate the sloped rehaut as opposed to a rotating bezel (which a GMT does not really need). And I am happy that it is a Selita movement, because every watchmaker can work on it and get parts. What would I improve? 1. Add QR to the bracelets and develop interesting straps. For guys that used to be in the strap business, this seems obvious. 2. Get creative with dial colors. See Sinn's limited release of 556 dials. Or Brew, Traska, Awake, Zelos, etc. They do more than black, white, and blue dials. You always get a good watch with Monta. They need to make sure that you do not also get a boring one.

Quality & Uniquness

Fantastic Watch! You can see the craftsmanship and finishing in every detail. No corners were cut! Also, the bent of the GMT hand to clear the indices is a unique feature which I haven't seen in any other watch on the market. This is reason why I chose this particular watch from Monta's line up. This is an outstanding quality product for the price! Wears great in the office and casually. Highly recommend. -Alex P.
