So far the bean bag is a great addition to the space we purchased it for, which is an office. People love sitting there and relaxing for a moment and it will come in handy if anyone ever needs to spend the night at the office due to a snowstorm.

I needed to exchange the cover of my Pouf and customer service was excellent in how quick they responded and helped me pick out a new cover that would match my Queen Bean Bag. You don’t see customer service like this anymore these days. You get to talk to a real person and they are based here in the US.
