Customer service was amazing, emails were answered and our couch shipped out once it was expedited. Putting it together was a snap with the help of Anabei’s YouTube videos. The ONLY issue we had was with one of the back bars on one of the corner chairs. To be fair we have not notified Anabei of the issue. We have taken a video to show that one back bars is defective. We are so happy with our overall experience and love the couch . We also were super happy that we bought the extra seat cushions.
