Succulent Kalanchoe 'Panda Plant'

All the leaves were in the bottom of the box at delivery. I contacted customer service and chose to have the plant resent when the weather was warmer, as of now I have not received a replacement. I emailed customer service twice and was emailed back that I would hear something within 48 hours but have not received an answer. I will not order from this company again.
