Black Seed Trial

I have just started using this product , so I cannot comment on its efficacy. One thing though. I would highly recommend following the instruction to take with food. It is very strong and needs food to absorb the aftertaste.

Very good

Been taking black seed oil as a liquid for some time for its benefits, but that taste gets quite a bit of getting used to, if at all. I was so relieved when it came in pill form. NutraChamps BSO it very dark and very powerful smelling. I don't know if that has anything to do with potency, but I am made very well aware that these pills are definitely BSO and not diluted with anything else. I have many chronic issues and it may take a while before I can notice anything, but if its anything, I did notice that this spring I didn't even get close to getting the sniffles while everyone around me was getting the cold and suffering from allergies.
