1-Took Southtree 6 months to process my 13 videos to dvds.
2-dvds were not even close to the clarity of the vhs tapes I sent them.
3-Southtree sent me back 30 dvds it was insane!
4- nothing in the return box explained why half their dvds would not play on any of my players.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE NEVER USE SOUTHTREE!
