Sage ESN Reel

For the most part, fly reels are fancy line holders. That is until you hook up on a monster and know you're only running 5x tippet. Super smooth drag system with numbered clicker. This thing landed a fish that I would say had a solid chance of breaking off today. This thing is a beauty, and is a workhorse too, already been put through the ringer on some big fish and it is so smooth, definitely worth it in my opinion.

By far the best design for an ESN reel. It doesn't feel as quality as a Bauer RVR Euro reeo or the Galvan GEN, but is a much better design. I have already bought one, and liked it so much i ordered another. Was bummed when the second one came in because the spool was warped. It's a bit disappointing that Sage's QC didn't catch it. That being said, I'll order another one.
