Galvan Brookie Fly Reel

Fantastic! is the word I will use in describing the Fin & Fire Fly Shop. Everything from placing my order until the time I received it was perfect. This fly shop has everything you need to make your next fishing trip memorable. The employees were wonderful and they did everything from making sure that I had the correct rod and line set-up for my next trip. This is my second Galvan reel and it is just as nice as the first. I put this 2/3 Brookie on a 5'8" Scott F. It is light enough to not feel like it is there. I really liked being able to fine tune the resistance. It's a small thing, but that is what the Galvan family do. Easy to palm and fit and finish is tight. Very muted incoming and outgoing sound, if that matters to you.

Added another brookie to the quiver. Super lightweight and super fun reel to fish. Not a very loud audible click which is nice to me personally so if you’re looking for a loud clicking reel, it’s not for you. Beautiful, simple, and lightweight.
