The seeds never flowered

This is the 2nd batch I’ve order and I have a pretty good green thumb 🤷🏻‍♂️

Full Germination

I ordered a 10 pack of these seeds and received 12. I planted 2 seeds in each cell in a good quality peat based seed starting mix, I held the temperature right around 83 degrees. All 12 of them germinated.
