Delicate 14k solid White Gold beaded friendship bracelet

You have very nice things, but your delivery method leaves a lot to say. I bought it on July the 13,2019 and is the first time I know something about you.

Very disappointed

I ordered a bracelet for a birthday present for my sister and when I received it I was really disappointed and decided to return it. As per the instructions on the website I contacted the company requesting the returns addfress and having followed up three times (including a post of Facebook I am yet to receive a response. I was disappointed with the bracelet but am even more disappointed by the lack of customer service.
