Your product and friendly and quickly responsive customer service was fantastic! But your website is not very clear - it says "framed"for example in the description of my item e.g. and it wasn't framed but I didn't care about that - it's just not clear what is going on. But you do a great job with the confirmation email before the order is placed- which is where I had to request the correct song lyrics - but you did it exactly right ultimately and it is an awesome one of a kind gift. I hope you clear up the issues with your website so that you will have the great success that you deserve with these wonderful products!
