watch is not it

Ordered a few things and was impressed by it all at first. Then realized the watches weren’t there. They took twice as long to ship then the other items. they are in scratched up boxes, they felt very cheap when I took them out of the box, the watch faces are all really sticky, and my final note is that you can barely see the personalized text. I ordered these watches and a few other things as groomsman gifts, the rest of the stuff is great 👍 but very disappointed in watches.

my woody I purchased

I have yet to receive my woody and I am not happy about it. I ordered a Knife to remember and received that quickly. These were anniversary gifts for my husband and I was beyond disappointed that I still haven't been able to give him his gift.
