Cuff bracelet for men

It was a gift and my guy wears it , but I thought it would have more substance and that the engraving was burned on. Maybe I should have purchased the black one, but I thought the gold personal message might wear off.

Too small and won’t exchange

Unfortunately the leather bracelet was too small for my boyfriends wrist. I reached out to try and exchange or find a solution with nothing but a no response. Poor customer service and a bracelet that will go to waste. Would not recommend at all! As a business at least try to come resolution or solution.
