Wear and replacement
This ring is phenomenal!! Wore it for three years with absolutely no issues, but did have a small nick originally on receipt, but was never an issue! After all this time, I caught the ring and it did tear where the nick was. On reaching out to Enso forms warranty replacement, they replied back within 12 hours and had a new one on its way. The only reason I gave four stars rather than five is because there was a shipping fee associated to the warranty claim…other than that, EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you Enso…you’ll definitely be my continued go-to for my wedding band!!
