I completed my giraffe and recently I had a friend ask if I've made anything lately I showed them a picture. They were absolutely speechless! I made it for my 34 year old son and he can't wait for me to quilt it and send to him. I am a very lazy paper piecer and don't actually cut out all the pieces like I'm instructed to do. I just organize my colors all over my sewing room and work from the large pieces trying to be as conservative with fabric as I can. I didn't run out of any colors so it worked!
