Super easy ordering process and fast shipping. Very good packaging. Everything’s arrived in good conditions. We love all the Sonett products and use them since years. They not only do a very good cleaning job, they are also better for our water and the environment! The only thing I would like to add for the next order: we didn't get any shipping confirmation with tracking numbers but that might have been lost in the system.
