I am an active duty LE and bought this belt as my primary duty belt. It fits my needs perfectly. The cobra buckle was a primary feature I wanted. It does its job fantastic. I use essetac pouches with velcro straps to affix them. With the straps installed correctly so not only do the velco straps attach to itself but also to the back side of the Web Belt and the front side of my under belt. The pouches do not move or slide around. The stiffened inside the belt is good, it keeps the weight where it's suppose to be and maintains it form well. The only gripe I have is the loop next to the cobra buckle serves me no purpose and I would like it removed completely. 10/10.

Customer service surprised me in a negative way.

Exchange process is a hassle. This is my very first time to exchange a product where I have to pay for exchange shipping cost. It took 30+ days to receive my initial order, and it has been two weeks and still waiting on my replacement item. Rep on the phone did not seem pleasant to have to pick up a phone call when inquiring about exchange. Terrible buying experience. Product quality seems decent.

Good purchase

Outstanding quality. Seems very durable and supports my gear well. Everything fit very tight on it and I had difficulty getting some of my components on.
