I've been using this earpiece for a month now, and it's held up through countless shifts, and not to mention the sounds clarity is excellent as well. Never missed a beat from dispatch. My only complaint is that the earmold that it comes with is garbage, and had to order another Safariland earmold set, where it was able to fit comfortably in my ear.
