I have been using this belt for 6 months now without any issues. I'm a Armed Security Officer for a hospital and I work 12 hour shifts 5 or 6 days a week. I have it loaded to its max with gear and haven't had any problems with comfrot or wear and tear.

Just The Best!

By far one of my favorite duty belts I own. If you need a heavy duty belt, this is for you. The 2.25” width makes it comfortable on the hips even when fully loaded down with gear. It’s rigidity is strong enough to not fold under weight but flexible enough to move on my body. I wish the buckle was a aluminum because that’s the only part I worry might give or crack in a fight, but it would have to be a rough fight.
