replaced

Had cfs series for several years. the one I just replaced was defective. the charcoal started to come out of the spout. charcoal is good for filtering but only if it stays in the filter. I do not think one defective unit is indicitive of all your filter products sand will stay witrh my cfs series. I thought you might like to know you had a decfective unit.
