Horrible Shipment Packing

I am a veteran shopper for online garden purchases. I completely understand the process and have realistic expectations. My 8 plants arrived improperly secured in the shipment box, so much so that the actual plastic pots were dented! Needless to say, as a result, my plants were damaged and broken. The shipment box arrived undamaged; just the contents (my plants) were affected from bouncing around during shipment. I am not planning on revisiting this site.
