Machine brands are GREAT like Rocket, ECM, Lelit etc. … except when you cant get CRITICAL parts… i went over a MONTH due to local BC rep NOT STOCKING enough. But i got the part from CAFFE TECH FAST… it was the original..and cheaper than the part price local. Plus as it was PACKAGED correctly for ROCKET brand, i had it installed locally with NO ISSUES from local ROCKET service center…. I thank BOTH of them as without CAFFE Tech it would have taken 3 weeks longer. Part came in 2 days Canada post and WELL SETUP TRACKING ASSURANCE. Glad to leave a review
