Amazing but tricky

I turned three of these. I used sharp tools, and even sanded the corners off before turning. The problem that I experience is that the resin in two of the pens separated from the wood. I had to stop and use epoxy and clamps to fix the problem. They look great but was just another step I didn’t want to have to deal with.
