Awesome instructional . Valentin's worldly knowledge really shows, and his ability to blend multiple international styles is very impressive. Specifically his series with the underhook, the translation for its use to BJJ is wonderful. Although he doesn't specifically speak about that, BJJ practitioner's could really see benefits from using this instructional, as the translation and exposure to different styles of takedowns makes this dvd valuable in more ways than one.

Even though Valentin covers some very basic positions such as underhooks and front headlocks, he definitely shows some unique variations. This technique is very, very Eastern European; however, it can get incorporated into your wrestling systems fairly easily.
