This Mayan pepper germinated in seven days like other pepper species I’ve bought from pepper joes. Pepper Joes seeds have been consistent and reliable germinating, growing and producing the correct pepper species. I’m happy with pepper Joe’s.

Great Germination

Over 100% if you figure 2+ seeds per cell. Seedlings are growing strong and leafing nicely. Started Mar 11 and potted up Apr 10. Same success with the other Hot Pepper seeds I received from Pepper Joe's.

Slow to germinate and sprout, waiting to see more

I started these seeds concurrent with Red Savina seeds. Savina sprouted much sooner and are much larger right now. I hope these seedlings catch up. I’m looking forward to healthy plants and bountiful fruits.
