Waffle Cone Almond-Cashew Butter

Holy cow! We own an ice cream shop called Boombalattis in Wilmington, North Carolina and we met Kate at a couple different food shows so when I saw this combination, I knew I had to have it! Couldn’t believe how crispy the cones stayed in it. I bought this for my husband as a gift, but I think I ate most of the jar and I don’t even really like nut butter! 😅

Amazing! I had this by itself, on top of an acai bowl, on thin stackers covered with melted chocolate, and then used the almost empty jar to make overnight oats. Every way I used it was delicious! I hope it comes on the menu permanently :)

Wow I think I ate this in less than 2 weeks. Sooooo delicious and just enough sweet but not overly sweet. Somehow the waffle cone is still crunchy which blows my mind. Prob going to go order another jar after I finish this review. Just get it.
