Cold Hollow Homemade Apple Pie

Not Happy

I recently made an online order and very disappointed with what I received. I have emailed and called and gotten no response from management. The package I opened didn't have any "cold packs" in the box. I live in Louisiana where it is 95F, so you can imagine what the frozen pie was like when the box was opened, the pie was mush. I am also concerned that the frozen cinnamon rolls/icing are OK to consume, and the Peanut Butter Fudge was playdough. But, with all that said, I am mainly disappointed that I didn’t receive the correct pie I ordered. PS - I really enjoy Cold Hollow. I have visited the Cider Mill and we have made previous orders...we love Cold Hollow!!

Packed w/ apples

Reminds me of the tour that I took at this place. Not too sweet but packed with apples and I enjoyed every bite of this pie.!

Taste is good. The company has good policies in place if u should need it . Just ordered English muffins can’t wait
